2 cups frozen blueberries
1 ½ avocado
3/4 cup plain coconut yogurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1tbsp agave nectar
1 ¼ tbsp. Morlife Chia Seeds
1) Add all ingredients in a food processor until thick and creamy.
2) Put ice cream in a container and store in freezer for at least 1-2 hours
3) Once it's set, scoop and enjoy in a cone, wafer sandwich or simply on its own!
