2 bananas, frozen
1/3 cup frozen blueberries, plus more for garnish
2 tbsp. milk of choice
1 pinch dried food-grade lavender
1 tbsp. Adaptogenic De-Stress
½ tsp. Monk Fruit Powder (or to taste)
