Snickers Protein Pancakes

The way to a man's heart is through his stomach – so what better way to spoil your dad or father figure this year than with food! Pancakes are the ultimate breakfast (or anytime of the day) food, so rest assured these Snickers Protein Pancakes will earn you major brownie points with dad. 

 

⁠This recipe makes one Dad sized serve, because he's not going to want to share. 

Ingredients⁠
1 Serve Double Choc Beauty Protein ⁠
1 Egg⁠
Pinch Himalayan Salt⁠
1/2 Cup Oats⁠
1 Tbsp Morlife Chia Seeds⁠
1/2 Cup Water ⁠
1 Tsp Baking Powder⁠
1 Ripe Banana⁠
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter⁠
1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips ⁠

Method⁠
1. Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender and mix! ⁠
2. Cook one side of the pancake, sprinkle chocolate chips on uncooked side of pancake and FLIP!⁠
3. Top with banana, peanut butter and maple syrup to serve. ⁠
