2 cups Sugar free Dark Chocolate
1 tsp Coconut oil
Add extra shredded Coconut or nuts
1) Place chocolate and oil in a small bowl and microwave for 20 seconds and stir. Then add another 10 seconds or more till melted.
2) Fill in the tray moulds and let it spill on the sides. Use a long stainless spatula to even the top and remove excess then lightly shake to remove the bubbles and evenly flatten surface.
3) Sprinkle on the mixed berries and coconut or nuts.
