Ooky Spooky Sweet Potato Salad


Get into the spirit of Halloween the healthy way with this jack-o’-lantern salad your kids are going to jack-o’-LOVE. Featuring graveyard greens, gruesome goji berries and the spookiest little sweet potatoes you ever did see, this mouth-watering recipe brings all the fun of Halloween whilst nourishing your little ones in the process. A fun, fresh and tasty recipe every parent should know!



1 roasted sweet potato

2 cups salad greens

1/2 cup crumbled feta

2 Tbsp Morlife Goji Berries

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 



  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  2. Cut sweet potato into thick rounds. Coat in olive oil and bake for 25-30 mins (until tender) - set aside to cool.
  3. Cut Halloween faces into sweet potatoes once cooled using a knife or utensil of choice.
  4. Assemble salad; add greens, feta and goji berries to a large dish. Place spooky sweet potatoes on top and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
