Quinoa kofta patties recipe

1 ½ cup Morlife Spiced Curry Quinoa Risotto

2 cups sweet potato mashed

1 can drained canned chickpeas

1 small red onion, grated

2 tbsp curry powder

2 tbsp sweet paprika

Salt and pepper

3-4 tbsp potato flour (or plain flour)

1) Cook Morlife Quinoa Risotto as per packet instructions.

2) Boil potato, drain and mash.

3) Drain a can of chickpeas and mash.

4) Add grated onion and all spices and seasoning.

5) Mix all ingredients and form into a ball and flatten lightly to make a pattie.

6) Use a little olive oil and fry till golden.

7) Serve with grilled vegetables.
