Rocket Salad With Antioxreds Dressing

2 Tbs Morlife Antiox Reds Powder

Juice of half a lemon

¼ cup Olive oil

120g rocket

60g baby spinach

Balsamic vinegar

100g Marinated goat’s fetta

80g strawberries, chopped

½ medium green pear, chopped

Salt and pepper

1. Wash rocket and baby spinach and place on serving dish.

2. Scatter the chopped strawberries, chopped pear and crumbled goats cheese over the leaves.

3. Dissolve the Antiox Reds powder in lemon juice, add the olive oil and shake to combine.

4. Drizzle the dressing and balsamic vinegar over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
