acai bowl recipe

ACAI:

2 frozen bananas

1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries

3 tbsp Morlife Certified Organic Acai powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp Morlife Certified Organic Maca powder

2-3 medjool dates (optional)

A few splashes of coconut water

TO SERVE:

Sliced strawberries

Sliced Banana

Sliced Green apple

Desiccated Coconut

Morlife Gluten Free Muesli

Edible flowers (optional)

1. In a high powered food processor simply process all Acai ingredients until smooth and creamy like ice-cream (this will take a few minutes and you may have to push it into the blades, adjust liquid as needed)

2. Line a glass jar of choice with strawberries

3. Layer the acai bowl and alternate between layers of acai, coconut and muesli

4. Decorate the top with your favourite fresh fruit, nuts, seeds and some edible flowers
