Tiramisu Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
3 tbsp Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds
1-2 tsp of instant coffee
1 tsp sweetener of choice
1/2 cup yogurt of choice
2 tbsp muesli of choice (optional)
Morlife Certified Organic Cacao Powder for dusting
METHOD
1. In a medium bowl, combine the warm milk and instant coffee and stir until fully dissolved.
2. Add sweetener of choice and chia seeds and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to absorb and cool or overnight.
3. In a serving glass, layer muesli, then chia pudding, yogurt, chia pudding, then a final layer of yogurt on top.
4. Dust generously with cacao powder and enjoy!
