SUGGESTED USE
This baby makes a really big loaf, so we recommend a deep loaf tin. If you don’t have a deep tin, you can always use half the bag and halve the wet ingredients too. Just make sure to seal the bag properly before you put it away for next time.
You Will Need
- 4 Medium Bananas, overripe & mashed
- 4 Large Eggs, whisked
- ¾ cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
Directions
- Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
- Grease a deep loaf tin and line with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl together, mixing well.
- Pour the wet mixture into the loaf tin.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean^.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack then slice.
^Cooking times may vary between ovens.

Healthy!
Not 5 stars as it had a very “healthy” taste, I was hoping it would be a little more moorish. Certainly still good though, I toasted it in the sandwich press to get it nice and browned

Delicious
Look when I cooked this I totally messed it up. For some reason I tried to cook it in the air fryer and it completely failed. It was cooked 90% of the way through but I still ate it anyway and it was so amazingly delicious .
