The outbreak of COVID-19 has altered our daily lives in unprecedented ways.

We are doing everything we can to continue to pack your order with love and kindness and have it appear on your doorstep as soon as possible.    

Packing Your Order

We are proud to say that we are still within our service level agreement of processing and packing your order and are continuing to ship to most countries worldwide however, you will most likely experience delivery delays once your order has been dispatched.  

Delivery Delays

Australia Post is our main postal service domestically and is our only postal service internationally. There are severely restricted transport options for Australia Post to deliver your order. This is due to government restrictions within a variety of countries, territories or regions and limited airline capacity globally due to COVID-19.

These restrictions are likely to cause lengthy delays, as Australia Post may need to send your items via slower transport methods including sea freight or may need to wait to secure transport altogether. When an order is sent via sea freight the tracking number is not updated again until it has arrived into the destination country and cleared customs.

We kindly ask that you please take the time to click here and visit the Australia Post website for the latest estimated delivery timeframes for your country, before placing your order with us. 

Whilst we are more than happy to try and help you locate your parcel, we are unable to confirm delivery timeframes as the advice is constantly changing due to fewer domestic flights, international delays, and increased volumes as more people are shopping online. We are unable to lodge enquiries or investigations with Australia Post until their estimated delivery timeframe has been met.
