INGREDIENTS
Almond (31%*), Buckwheat, Caramel Chocolate (11%*) (Cacao, Coconut Nectar, Cashew, Coconut, Hazelnut, Almond), Coconut Nectar, Cashew, Date, Raising Agent (Baking Powder), Natural Flavour, Monk Fruit, Himalayan Salt. *Average Quantities.
Caramel chocolate contains 36% cocoa solids.
Contains tree nuts (Almond, Cashew & Hazelnut).
SUGGESTED USE
You Will Need
4 Tbsp. (80 mL) Coconut Oil
4 Tbsp. (80 mL) Almond Butter
2 Large Eggs, Whisked
Directions
- Preheat fan-forced oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl together, mixing well.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture & roll into a ball, repeating to make 18 balls. Using a wet fork, flatten each cookie.
- Bake for approximately 11-12 minutes~ or until slightly golden.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
