SUGGESTED USE
You Will Need
4 Tbsp. (80 mL) Coconut Oil3 Tbsp. (60 mL) Cashew Butter
2 Large Eggs, Whisked
Directions
- Preheat fan-forced oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl together, mixing well.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture & roll into a ball, repeating to make 13 balls. Using a wet fork, flatten each cookie.
- Bake for approximately 11-12 minutes~ or until slightly golden.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
