I have been taking this product for more than 10 years . Now retired, and in my late sixties , an active golfer up to for times a week. Religiously , take 3 tabs every morning after breakfast. I find it especially beneficial in hot weather for its enervating effect in fighting heat stress , and , will often take a second lot halfway through a round.
