R U Okay day (September 8th) is about connecting with people and supporting anyone struggling with life.

If you have a friend going through a rough patch, call them up and ask how they’re doing. Better yet, take time out to catch up with them and do something fun such as indoor trampolining.

If you’re out and about and see someone struggling, take a moment to ask them if they are ok. It may seem like something small, but to someone else it could mean the world.

We also know how important it is to take time out for yourself to relax and unwind. Put on hold any stresses you have just for a moment and relax and unwind with some suggestions of ours below….
