Morlife sources its raw materials fromlocations all over the world, including within Australia from local suppliers. For any particular ingredient, we often source from different suppliers from time to time depending on price, availability and seasonal variation. This means we do not have a fixed country of origin for any one ingredient.
We do take every step to ensure the consistently high quality of raw materials by adhering to HACCP & 1SO 9001 standards and also complying with Australian standards and regulations. HACCP is an international food safety program which consists of systems and procedures to ensure that any potential risks that may affect the food are minimized or eliminated. Additionally, all certified organic products are certified in Australia by the Australian Certified Organic (ACO).

All Morlife products are formulated in-house at our Head Office on Australia's Gold Coast by our resident team of research nutritionists, naturopaths, and food science technicians.
While most of our products would be safe to take during this time, extra caution needs to be taken while a woman is pregnant or breastfeeding. There are some herbs that are definitely not suitable to be used throughout this period, so you should never assume that if a product is natural, it is safe.
We advise that if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding to always consult with your health professional before using a product you are unsure about.
Unfortunately, as a health food manufacturer, we are unable to give any medical advice about our products, or your specific situation. We recommend if you have any questions or concerns to consult your health care professional, naturopath or nutritionist.
Morlife has a wide range of products containing a variety of different ingredients. The products within our Gluten Free category have been tested for gluten and are all 100% Gluten Free.
Morlife's herbal teabag range does not have any gluten-containing ingredients; however these products have not been tested, so we cannot say with 100% certainty that they are gluten free.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has successfully been placed.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed and packed. As soon as your order is packed and ready to go you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Keep in mind for some delivery services your tracking can take up to 12 hours to reflect your parcel's journey.

We work hard alongside our delivery partners to meet a wide range of delivery options. Unfortunately, sometimes during this process, things can happen outside of ours and our delivery partners control which may cause delays in getting your order to you.
Due to this, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes on any orders placed with Morlife.
If it's been more than 2 business days since your order was expected to arrive please call the courier which your order has been sent with and quote your tracking number. If you feel as if your enquiry with them has not been resolved, we are more than happy to assist you but please keep in mind that we are processing a high volume of orders each day and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve the investigation same day.

We do our very best to ensure that our website reflects current stock levels, but do find that as stock levels are constantly changing and there are unforeseen delays from suppliers, sometimes the product you order may not be available. If this is the case we will contact you and offer a partial refund on that particular product or ask you if you would like to wait for your order to be sent once the product stock levels are replenished.

All of our prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). There is however, a currency converter on the top right-hand side of our website which you can use to select your currency.
