Morlife sources its raw materials fromlocations all over the world, including within Australia from local suppliers. For any particular ingredient, we often source from different suppliers from time to time depending on price, availability and seasonal variation. This means we do not have a fixed country of origin for any one ingredient.
We do take every step to ensure the consistently high quality of raw materials by adhering to HACCP & 1SO 9001 standards and also complying with Australian standards and regulations. HACCP is an international food safety program which consists of systems and procedures to ensure that any potential risks that may affect the food are minimized or eliminated. Additionally, all certified organic products are certified in Australia by the Australian Certified Organic (ACO).

International Orders Shipping
Free shipping is available for all International orders over $300.
For International orders under $300,
The following charges apply;
International orders under 2kg have a standard shipping flat rate of $15.
Singapore, Russia, Kazakhstan International orders under 1KG have a standard shipping flat rate of $15
- All international orders under 2KG are sent by regular International Air Mail. Tracking numbers are not available for orders sent via regular air mail. International orders over 2KG are sent via Express Post International with available tracking numbers.
- If your order is less than 2KG and you would like to be able to track your parcel, then please request for the parcel to be sent Express Post International, the extra charges will then be applied to the customer.
- If the tracking option is not requested by the customer, and the customer does not choose to pay extra for this service Morlife will not be held accountable for any delays or incurred expenses that may arise.
Delays may occur in overseas shipments due to different carriers, postal services, regulations and systems of different countries or unforeseen natural circumstances. Morlife has no control over nor will it be responsible for any such delays or for loss or damage occasioned to the goods whilst it is in transit.
We would recommend to our international customers that they consider insuring the goods whilst in transit and would request that at the time of placement of the order you confirm if you wish to meet the extra cost associated with insuring the goods against damage whilst in transit.
Morlife will not be held liable for the costs of any import taxes generated when importing orders into any country. Please see import regulations and restrictions for your country before placing an order with Morlife.
We endeavour to do our best to satisfy our customers provided the issues are under our control and we will fully cooperate to assist with customer concerns.
Free returns are available for Australian customers only, subject to the following conditions:
- Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is received. Returns are not available for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
- Items must be received within 14 days of receipt of goods.
- Morlife has authorised the return by calling us on 07 5571 7744 from Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm. Once Morlife has authorised the return, we will provide you with the reply paid postage number.
- Once the parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product, provide store credit or send a replacement.
Our company is committed to providing a high-quality standard of products and service. We have HACCP and 1SO 9002 certification and must adhere to and maintain at all times the highest levels of food safety, cleanliness, quality assurance and control in all areas of our warehouse.
Therefore, the following conditions will not be eligible for any credits, refunds or returns:
- The products ordered were part of a promotion or special
- If claims for defective products are not made within 14 days after receipt of goods (Australia only)
- The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products
- The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order
- If there is a sudden change in price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the dollar fluctuation exchange rates.
Please note: Morlife if not responsible for the freight costs of return if the cause of return is not Morlife's fault. If credit / refund / replacement is agreed upon, this will only be issued once the original items have been returned to Morlife.

All Morlife products are formulated in-house at our Head Office on Australia's Gold Coast by our resident team of research nutritionists, naturopaths, and food science technicians.
While most of our products would be safe to take during this time, extra caution needs to be taken while a woman is pregnant or breastfeeding. There are some herbs that are definitely not suitable to be used throughout this period, so you should never assume that if a product is natural, it is safe.
We advise that if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding to always consult with your health professional before using a product you are unsure about.

Morlife has a wide range of products containing a variety of different ingredients. The products within our Gluten Free category have been tested for gluten and are all 100% Gluten Free.
Morlife's herbal teabag range does not have any gluten-containing ingredients; however these products have not been tested, so we cannot say with 100% certainty that they are gluten free.
