Morlife sources its raw materials from locations all over the world, including within Australia from local suppliers.
For any particular ingredient, we often source from different suppliers from time to time depending on price, availability and seasonal variation. This means we do not have a fixed country of origin for any one ingredient.
We take every step to ensure consistent, high-quality raw materials by adhering to HACCP food safety protocols and ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards, alongside Australian standards and regulations.
HACCP is a globally recognised food safety program that establishes rigorous systems and procedures to minimise or eliminate potential risks, ensuring the highest standards of food safety.
Additionally, all certified organic products are certified in Australia by ACO Certification Limited (ACO), formerly known as Australian Certified Organic. As Australia’s largest certifier for organic and biodynamic produce, this certification ensures compliance with both national and international organic standards, allowing for complete traceability of all organic ingredients back to their origin.

Firstly, we need to ensure you have officially set up an account with us in the past. Please Note: any order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails you receive are purely transactional emails that you automatically receive without needing an account. This will be why any reset password link you have attempted to trigger does not come through to your email.
Please email directsales@morlife.com to request to be resent an account activation link for your new account with us. If you do not receive this, please check your Junk and Spam folders.
Once you have clicked on the link inside the 'Activate your account' email and your account is activated, you should be able to set your password and log in.

Morlife accepts VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay.
All Morlife products are formulated in-house at our Head Office on Australia's Gold Coast by our resident team of research nutritionists, naturopaths, and food science technicians.
While most of our products would be safe to take during this time, extra caution needs to be taken while a woman is pregnant or breastfeeding.
There are some herbs that are definitely not suitable to be used throughout this period, so you should never assume that if a product is natural, it is safe.
We advise that if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, to always consult with your health professional before using a product you are unsure about.
Unfortunately, as a health food manufacturer, we are unable to give any medical advice about our products, or your specific situation.
We recommend if you have any questions or concerns, to consult your health care professional, naturopath or nutritionist.
Morlife has a wide range of products containing a variety of different ingredients.
The products within our Gluten Free category have been tested for gluten and are all 100% Gluten Free.
Morlife's herbal tea bag range does not have any gluten-containing ingredients; however these products have not been tested, so we cannot say with 100% certainty that they are gluten free.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has successfully been placed.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed and packed.
As soon as your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Please keep in mind, for some delivery services, your tracking can take up to 12 hours to reflect your parcel's journey.
We’re so sorry to hear that your order has been delayed.
We work hard alongside our delivery partners to meet a wide range of delivery options. Unfortunately, sometimes during this process, things can happen outside of ours and our delivery partners control which may cause delays in getting your order to you.
Due to this, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes on any orders placed with Morlife.
If it's been more than 2 business days since your order was expected to arrive, please call the courier which your order has been sent with and quote your tracking number.
If you feel as if your enquiry with them has not been resolved, we are more than happy to assist you but please keep in mind that we are processing a high volume of orders each day and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve the investigation same day.

Occasionally we find that, as stock levels are constantly changing due to unforeseen delays from suppliers, sometimes our products may not be available.
We understand that you may find it disappointing when your favourite Morlife product is out of stock! Please know that we're actively working to restock this product as soon as possible and we are doing our very best to ensure that our website reflects current stock levels.
If you haven't already ordered:
Make sure you have selected the “email when available” button on the product on our website so that you are the first to be notified by email when the product is available/back in stock.
If you have already ordered: If this is the case, we will contact you via email so you can choose one of the following options:
1) Receive a refund on the particular product/s that are out of stock
or
2) Choose an alternate product to the same value
We are passionate about providing premium products at competitive prices. Prices can and do change regularly. All of our prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
There is however, a currency converter on the top right-hand side of our website which you can use to select your currency.
In order to view the Rewards page, firstly ensure you are logged into your Morlife online account via our website. Login to your online account HERE
Once logged into your Morlife account, click on the Rewards Launcher (shown as the shopping bag icon at the bottom left hand side of the screen).
This will open a window displaying information such as:
- How many 'Mor Points' you currently have
- Any rewards you have available to use
- Ways to earn more rewards points
- Ways to redeem your points
- A referral link to share with your friends

To support environmental sustainability, we’re no longer including scoops in our bags of Plantiful Protein.
Instead, we have updated our packaging to make the measurements clearer without needing to use a scoop.
If you need a reference for how to measure without a scoop, see as follows:
2 scoops are equivalent to 1/3 cup or 35 g.

Oh no! We are so sorry to hear you have received a damaged product.
We always aim to pack our products carefully to prevent any damage, but unfortunately, issues can sometimes occur especially in the shipping stage.
If you have received a damaged product, please email directsales@morlife.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product (clearly showing the damage)
- The best before date and batch information (found on the back of the bag at the bottom)
Including all of this information in your initial email aims to remove the back and forth emailing which will greatly assist us in resolving this issue as quickly as possible for you. Thank you!
Subscriptions
Firstly, you will need to ensure your Morlife online account is activated. You should receive an email with an activation link to set a password when you sign up (please check Junk/Spam folders).
Please be mindful that creating a subscription does not automatically activate your Morlife online account - you will still need to sign up in order to access your subscription.
Once you have activated your Morlife online account, you will need to log HERE
Once logged in, it will take you to a page with your order history. Under “Account Details” to the right of the page is a “MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION” button. This is where you can update your subscription from your end (frequency, quantity, change next order date, products, address, change payment details, pause order, skip order, cancel subscription etc).

Wholesale
Absolutely! When checking out your online cart, there will be a 'Pickup' option in the shipping section.
Pick Up Times: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm AEST.
Pick Up Address: 32 Technology Dr, Arundel, QLD 4214.
You will be emailed when your pickup is ready.
If you have chosen to pick up your order but need it to be shipped instead, please reach out to directsales@morlife.com or fill out our online Contact form HERE with your order number and shipping address.
Please Note: We do require a shipping fee so we will send you a secure payment link via email.
Unfortunately, any discounts or Mor Points Rewards vouchers are not able to be used with subscriptions orders as the subscription is already a form of discount.
If you would prefer to use a discount code or points voucher, you will need to make a seperate one-time online order.
Discounts cannot be used on collab ranges, bundles, accessories & gift cards.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts/sales.
