Home Made Hummus
Blend 200g chickpeas with garlic, oil & tahini for a delicious home made hummus. Serve on natural rice cakes.
Curried Egg Lettuce Wrap
Mash 2 boiled eggs & mix in 1 tsp. curry powder & 1 tsp. mayonnaise. Mix well to combine. Spread egg mixture onto 2 large romaine lettuce leaves and fold into a wrap.
Strawberries N Cream
Mix ½ cup sliced strawberries, 1 tsp. stevia & ½ tsp. vanilla extract into 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt. Mix well to combine.
Lentil Bean Veggie Mix
Combine ½ cup black beans with ½ cup cooked lentils. Mix in ¼ cup diced tomatoes & red onion. Garnish with fresh coriander & fresh lime juice.
Choc Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Blend 1 cup chocolate protein powder with ½ cup almond milk, 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter & ice. Process until smooth & creamy.
