Alkaline Fritters With Avocado Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup kale
1 cup baby spinach leaves
½ cup broccoli stems
2 carrots grated
½ onion finely diced
½ clove of garlic finely diced
½ cup chickpea flour
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of oil of choice
Dressing:
1 avocado
Juice of ½ lemon
Juice of ½ lime
5 finely cut basil leaves
1 tsp virgin olive oil
1 tsp Morlife Alkalising Greens pH 7.3
Method:
Fritters:
1.Combine kale, spinach, broccoli stems, carrot, onion, garlic in a medium sized bow.
2.Add chickpea flour, salt, water and oil and mix well
3.Mould mixture into patties and pan-fry on medium heat in oil of choice until crispy and brown on the outside.
Dressing:
1.Blend avocado, lemon, basil leaves, oil and Morlife Alkalising Greens pH 7.3 until smooth
2.Serve with fritters.
