Cinnamon Spice Sweet Potato Blondies

1 cup cooked sweet potato, mashed

½ cup natural almond butter

2 tbsp. Morlife Certified Organic Lucuma Powder

¼ cup coconut sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon powder

½ tsp. nutmeg powder

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

2. Melt almond butter in microwave for 2-3 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, add sweet potato, nut butter, Lucuma and coconut sugar. Mix well to combine.

3. Pour mixture into a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and allow to cook completely before serving.
