High Protein Mermaid Collagen Smoothie
This super nutritious, high-protein, collagen-boosting smoothie is the most *aesthetic* way you’re going to smash your health and fitness goals!
With ~30g of protein, a STACK of antioxidants, collagen synthesising ingredients, prebiotic fibres, amino acids, vitamins and minerals… This smoothie truly has it all and tastes as good as it looks!

INGREDIENTS
1 frozen or fresh banana
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Morlife Marine Collagen + C
1 tsp Morlife Blue Spirulina
2 scoops Morlife Vanilla Fudge Plantiful Protein
1 tbsp Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
2. Optional to serve, swirl together a small amount of yogurt and blue spirulina powder together in a bowl and use the back of a spoon to coat the inside of a glass for a wave effect. Garnish with coconut flakes and blueberries
