Mud Pie Overnight Oats

We’re kicking off with a frighteningly high protein, double chocolate overnight oats recipe.
This is a super easy, nutritious and filling recipe that comes together in no time at all - and is a super fun way to get into the spooky season with your little ones!
This family-friendly recipe uses our Chocolate Fudge PlantForAll protein, which was formulated for people of all ages and those who are pregnant and breastfeeding.

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Morlife PlantForAll Chocolate Fudge Protein
1 tbsp Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup milk of choice
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 pinch sea salt (optional)
Chocolate syrup and crumbled chocolate cookies for ‘soil’
3 lolly snakes
METHOD
1. In an airtight container, stir together the protein powder, oats, chia seeds and salt. Add milk and maple syrup (optional) and mix well to combine. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight to allow liquid to be absorbed.
2. Once the oats are ready to serve, place lolly snakes in the mixture and overhanging the edges of the container so it looks like they’re wriggling out. Layer crumbled chocolate cookies and chocolate syrup to make a ‘soil’ layer on top.
3. Serve and enjoy!
