Pre Workout Green Smoothie Recipe

 

1 cup spinach

1 cup almond milk

1/2 Granny Smith apple

1/2 banana

1/3 cup rolled oats

1 tablespoon of Morlife Alkalising Greens pH7.3

 

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.

2. Serve over ice.

3. Enjoy!
