1. Lucuma

An exotic fruit from Peru, Lucuma is often known as ‘Gold of the Inca’s and is the most popular ice cream flavour in Peru. With its creamy butterscotch taste, Lucuma is the perfect cane sugar alternative plus contains a source of fibre in a 15g serve.
Use me:
in smoothies, yoghurt, protein shakes and in baking and cooking, particularly in caramel flavoured desserts.

Salted Caramel Nice Cream:

Blend 4 frozen bananas, 1/3 cup Morlife Lucuma Powder and vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Serve right away.

 

2. Inulin 

Derived from chicory root, Inulin is a natural food source providing a prebiotic soluble fibre. With its natural sweet flavour, Inulin provides a convenient solution to increase prebiotic fibre and boost wellness.
Use me: in juices, smoothies, yoghurt, cereals, salads or in baking and cooking for a subtle sweet taste.

Strawberries n Cream:

Mix 1 level tbsp of Morlife Inulin Powder and ½ cup sliced strawberries into 1 cup of natural yoghurt.

 

3. Coconut Water Powder

With its delectable subtle sweet coconut flavour, Coconut Water powder contains key electrolytes to help maintain the body’s hydration and essential mineral levels.
Use me: in smoothies, juices, yoghurt and in cooking and baking for a subtle sweet coconut taste.

Raw CocoBerry Cookies

Place 2 cups of desiccated coconut, ½ cup of coconut oil, ½ cup of fresh blueberries, ½ tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tbsp of Morlife Coconut Water Powder into a food processor. Process until mixture sticks together. Place 1 heaped tbsp of the mixture onto a lined baking tray, using the back of the spoon to press the mixture down. Refrigerate for at least 20 mins before serving.

 

4. Cacao Bliss

Cacao Bliss Berry Smoothie

Blend ½ cup of frozen raspberries with 1 heaped tbsp of Morlife Cacao Bliss along with 1 cup of coconut milk and ice until smooth and creamy.

 

5. Bee Pollen 

Often referred to as nature’s ‘perfect superfood’, Bee Pollen has a sweet honey like taste when added to foods. Bee Pollen is also free from colours, flavours, preservatives and sweeteners.
Use me: in smoothies, juices or add to fruit salads, breakfast cereals and in cooking and baking for a sweet honey flavour.

Cacao Bee Pollen Crackles

Mix 1 tbsp of Morlife Cacao Powder, 3 tbsp of Morlife Bee Pollen and 1/3 cup of coconut powder. Add ½ cup of rice bubbles and mix well until combine. On a lined baking tray, pour mixture down and flatten with a knife. Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
