Berry Breakfast Parfait
In a medium glass, add 1 tbsp of natural yoghurt, then and 1 tbsp of Morlife Gluten Free Goji Antiox Muesli on top. Repeat this until the jar is full. Garnish with fresh strawberries to serve.
Banana Protein Pancakes
Blend 1 banana, ¼ cup of Morlife Whey Protein Isolate, 1 tbsp of Morlife Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp of Morlife Lucuma powder, ¼ cup of buckwheat flour and 1 egg until smooth. Pour pancake mixture onto an oiled fry pan and cook until both sides are golden. Serve with maple syrup and fresh blueberries.
Frittata
Add ½ cup of onion, ½ cup of spinach and ½ cup of diced tomato to an oiled saucepan. Stir until onions have browned and spinach has slightly wilted. In a separate bowl beat together 4 eggs then pour into the pan along with ¼ cup chopped chives. Cook on medium heat until the edges separate from the pan. Serve with fresh parsley.
Banana Coconut Quinoa Porridge
In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of almond milk and ½ cup of Morlife Quinoa Flakes to a boil, allow to summer for 5 minutes until liquid has been soaked up. Add 1 tbsp Morlife Coconut Water powder and 1 banana, chopped. Serve with honey and 1 tbsp Morlife Chia Seeds.
Café Mocha Breakfast Shake
Blend ½ cup of cold brewed coffee, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 tbsp of Morlife Cacao Powder, 1 tbsp of Morlife Chia Seeds, 4 pitted medjool dates, 1 tsp of vanilla and ice until smooth and creamy.
Breakfast Salad Bowl
Layer a bowl with 2 cups of lettuce, ½ cup of sliced cherry tomatoes, 1/3 cup of cooked Morlife Quinoa Grains, ½ sliced avocado. Poach 2 eggs then add to the salad bowl and serve with crumbed feta and dukkha.
