Baked Proats
While we would love to eat cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it probably isn’t the best idea. Luckily, the magic of blended and baked oats lets us live out our foodie dreams whilst supporting our wellness in the process. This delicious, protein-packed recipe tastes just like a choc chip muffin with the help of only realfood ingredients and zero nasties, so you can really have your cake and eat it too!
Ingredients
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 5 scoops Morlife® Vanilla Fudge Plantiful Protein
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking powder
Method
- Blend the oatmeal mixture without the chocolate chips in a blender until smooth. Pour the batter into a muffin tin or 8 oz round ramekin. Top with chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 2-3 mins until mixture forms a muffin-like consistency. Serve warm.
