Go-To Alkalising Smoothie

1 tbsp Morlife Alkalising Greens powder (any flavour)

1-2 frozen bananas (depending on how thick you like your smoothie) or swap for an avocado to make creamy

1 cup unsweetened Almond milk

1-2 cup coconut water

1 tbsp coconut sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp Morlife Chia Seeds

Optional - Add some nut butter or flax seeds

Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
