Healthy halloween recipes

SPOOKY SMOOTHIE:

Base

1 frozen banana

4 medjool dates

1 ½ cups almond milk

1 heaped tbsp Morlife Cacao Bliss powder

1 tsp Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds

Handful of ice

Berry Beet Web 

½ cup frozen raspberries

1 tbsp honey

½ cup almond milk

1 tbsp. Morlife Certified Organic Beetroot Powder

BANANA GHOSTS:

3 large bananas

Morlife Dark Chocolate Coated Blueberries

14 Morlife Organic Cacao Nibs

SPOOKY SMOOTHIE:

Blend the first 6 ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into a spooky Halloween cup (note: we used a skull cup from Woolworths)

Blend the ingredients for the berry beet web topping until smooth.

Pour into a pouring jug or milk frothing jug.

Carefully swirl three individual circles on top of the Spooky Web Halloween Smoothie.

Using a clean skewer or toothpick, start from the centre and pull out the lines to form a spider web design. 

BANANA GHOSTS:

Cut bananas in halves, and cut 1 into thirds (note: they don’t have to be even, the more uneven the better!)

Place 2 Cacao Nibs on each of the bananas to form the eyes, then place a Dark Chocolate coated Blueberry on each of the bananas to form the mouth.
