High Protein 5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
This super decadent, vegan and gluten-free dessert is super rich and packed with flavour!
Satisfy your sweet tooth with this snack that will actually make you feel full with ~20g of protein, as well as added vitamins, minerals, amino acids and prebiotic fibres!
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup MorlifeĀ Vanilla Fudge Plantiful Protein
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp maple syrup
Dark chocolate chips
METHOD
1. Combine peanut butter, protein powder, almond flour and maple syrup in a bowl and mix until smooth
2. Stir through dark chocolate chips
3. Serve as-is or roll into smaller bite-sized balls and save for later. Enjoy!
