Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Weetbix
This is the perfecttttt breakfast/snack/dessert recipe if you’re looking to hit your protein goals and love the salty and sweet combo of chocolate and peanut butter!
This recipe is also super versatile so you can swap out your favourite spread, chocolate, yogurt or milk - but we highly recommend our new Choc Caramel Swirl Plantiful Protein as the perfect base to compliment the classic Reese’s peanut butter cup flavours!
INGREDIENTS
2 Weetbix (crumbled)
2 scoops Morlife Choc Caramel Swirl Protein
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
50g dark chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil
METHOD
1. In an airtight container, mix together the crumbled Weetbix and protein powder. Add the almond milk and mix until there are no more dry spots, then smooth into an even layer.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk to combine the yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup. Pour over the Weetbix layer and smooth into an even layer.
3. Add the dark chocolate and coconut oil to a small bowl and microwave at 30 second increments, stirring between each increment, until melted and smooth.
4. After cooling for 5 mins, gently pour the chocolate on top of the yogurt in a smooth, thin layer. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
5. To serve, crack into the chocolate and enjoy!
