Quinoa Flake Falafels

Falafels are one of the easiest go-to recipes which we love since you can enjoy them for breakfast, lunch or dinner! The great part is, they are very interchangeable with the option to put whatever vegies, herbs and spices you have in the pantry to create your own twist.

These delicious falafels we whipped up are especially tasty when drizzled with our creamy turmeric sauce. Turmeric is trending like crazy at the moment, with good reason too! Our Certified Organic Turmeric powder contains 7.5 times more antioxidants than garlic. That glorious golden yellow colour is due to the natural curcuminoid content, Curcumin.
* P.S a little tip with the creamy turmeric sauce: the longer you leave it to set in the fridge, the more golden yellow it will be! Making it look amazing on top of these delish falafels.

We’ve added a few of our go-to super foods in these recipes such as our Certified Organic Quinoa Flakes and Certified Organic Chia Seeds. We wanted to show that quinoa flakes can be used in many savoury dishes as well as sweet. Quinoa flakes are an excellent bread crumb replacement, as they are gluten free and way more nutritious!
