Signature on delivery is required for all parcels. If you would like to your parcel left if you are not home – please see the 'Authority to Leave' section below. If the delivery address is unattended or someone is unable to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left (generally in the post box or under the front door) with instructions for you to have your parcel redelivered or to collect your parcel from your nearest authorised centre. IMPORTANT: Morlife asks can you please inspect the parcel before signing with the courier. Should any damage have occurred in transit do not accept delivery of a parcel.

International Orders ShippingAll orders are sent by regular International Air Mail. Tracking numbers are not available for orders sent via regular air mail. If you would like to be able to track your parcel then please request for the parcel to be sent Express Post International, the extra charges will then be applied to the customer.
If the tracking option is not requested by the customer, and the customer does not choose to pay extra for this service Morlife will not be held accountable for any delays or incurred expanses that may arise.
Delays may occur in overseas shipments due to different carriers, postal services, regulations and systems of different countries or unforeseen natural circumstances. Morlife has no control over nor will it be responsible for any such delays or for loss or damage occasioned to the goods whilst it is in transit.
We would recommend to our international customers that they consider insuring the goods whilst in transit and would request that at the time of placement of the order you confirm if you wish to meet the extra cost associated with insuring the goods against damage whilst in transit.

Chia is tiny black or white seeds of Salvia Hispanica, a member of the mint family. Chia seeds have been growing in South America for thousands of years, the name itself meaning ‘oily’ in the language of the Aztecs.
Chia seeds are high in fibre and omega 3 fats and contains small amounts of a variety of vitamins and minerals. The fibre content in chia seeds absorbs water, causing the seeds to swell which in turn takes up more room in the digestive tract in the stomach and contributes to bowel regularity.
The high fibre content of chia seeds makes them a good source of fibre, which means that they should help to alleviate constipation. However, as chia seeds also absorb lots of water, it’s important to keep hydrated to ensure they don’t have the opposite effect.
Chia seeds are a cinch to sprinkle over cereal, salad, or add to smoothies, smoothie bowls, as an egg alternative or even in chia pudding. See the recipes section for more inspiration.
