Santa Hat Icy Poles

 

It’s no secret that we all love Saint Nick, so in honour of his charm and jolliness, why not create miniature versions of him to deck out your Christmas spread? These adorable lil Santas are guaranteed to be a hit with your guests.

Method

  1. Pour a small amount of coconut milk in each icy pole mould and freeze (30 mins).
  2. Blend raspberries, collagen, banana and water until smooth.
  3. Pour smoothie mixture into icy pole moulds and freeze.
  4. Dip the top of each icy pole in the coconut and serve immediately.
