Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Put your hands up if you want some of these deliciously creamy and protein-rich overnight oats?!
This recipe uses our Vanilla Fudge Plantiful Protein and Organic Chia Seeds combined with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, so you’ll be getting all the right nutrients, prebiotics, probiotics, vitamins and minerals to kickstart your day!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds
1 scoop Morlife Vanilla Fudge Plantiful Protein
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp strawberry jam
Fresh chopped strawberries to garnish
METHOD
1. Pour rolled oats, chia seeds and protein powder into a small airtight container and stir to combine.
2. Add Greek yogurt, almond milk, strawberry jam and mix well to combine.
3. Seal container and refrigerate for 4-6 hours to overnight or until liquid has been fully absorbed.
4. Garnish with extra yogurt, jam and sliced strawberries and enjoy!
