Strawberry Sweetheart Chia Pudding

STRAWBERRY SWEETHEART CHIA PUDDING 🍓✨❤️ 

This deliciously creamy chia pudding recipe is the cutest way to start any morning - but especially Valentine’s Day! Surprise your loved one (or treat yourself) with this high protein, high fibre, vitamin and mineral packed breakfast that tastes like dessert! 🤤

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp @morlife_ Organic Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop @morlife_ Vanilla Fudge Plantiful Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

To garnish (optional):
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp strawberry jam
- Extra strawberries

Method:
1. Mix almond milk, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract in a bowl until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
2. Shape 2 strawberries into 4 hearts by first slicing off the green stem and leaves, then slicing them in half longways and chopping a small triangle out of the top.
3. Fill your serving glass up halfway with the chia pudding, then push the strawberry hearts against the glass into the pudding, before topping up with the remaining pudding.
4. Top with yogurt and strawberry jam and gently swirl together. Top with extra strawberries if desired.
