Barley grass is a nutritious greens powder that is suitable for the whole family to enjoy. However, the flavour on its own may not be palatable for children. Try mixing barley grass into a smoothie for children, or alternatively try our Greens Kidz, which has been specially formulated to introduce important greens, including barley grass in a kid-friendly flavour profile.
