Thank you for your honest review, Noreen. We are so sorry to hear that our Beauty Water - Zesty C Protect didn't hit the mark on this occasion. Collagen itself starts to show significant positive effects on skin hydration after 6 weeks, and effects on skin wrinkling and elasticity after 12 weeks. Generally, it takes 27-42 days for the skin to renew itself (the newest formed cells to reach the top). This process also slows down as we age. This means it will likely take at least a month before you start to notice any differences, so we definitely recommend giving the product time to take effect if you haven’t already 😊 I hope this helps, Kelly @ Morlife ✨😊
