This works! Just a little sweet
I've always been a terrible sleeper, very restless & wake a lot during the night. I would definitely say this product works in terms of getting you off to sleep and keeping you there until the morning. Amazing. It is pretty sweet though, like overly sweet in my opinion. And as I don't have a sweet tooth it's a little overwhelming so I don't look forward to drinking it a whole lot.

Based on the product being too sweet we do say that you can half the dosage of powder so that the flavour isn't too overbearing. It may however lose its effectiveness but it might be worth a try. This tastes amazing!!!!
This tastes absolutely divine. I have to fend my puppy off when i'm trying to drink it! It really does taste like a salted caramel drink and it's great for a night time sweat treat. Unfortunately, it didn't help me sleep i'm sorry to say but I will keep buying it for a treat and maybe it will build up in my system. It's lovely to have a milky night time tea to sip on (almond milk) versus a herbal tea made with water. It feels a lot more decadent!
