What a difference Inulin Plus Certified Organic makes

I started using it once a day, and now my family takes it as well. Improved 'gut' health, falling asleep is easy, and sleeping with fewer interruptions. Almost tasteless and can be taken with most drinks, mixed into meals and you don't need much each day.

Morlife Certified Organic Inulin PLUS combines the benefits of two key prebiotic soluble fibres, Inulin and Fructooligosaccharides (FOS). As a source of fibre, Inulin PLUS contributes to normal bowel function, when consumed in conjunction with a healthy diet consisting of a variety of foods. Inulin and FOS are both derived from Jerusalem Artichoke, taste slightly sweet and dissolve easily.

Although Inulin & FOS have the same molecular composition, the difference between them is their chain lengths. Inulin is characterised by longer segments, while FOS has shorter segments, leading to different fermentation processes in the gut.
Combining the two offers you DOUBLE the benefits of prebiotic fibre!

  • Inulin + FOS

SUGGESTED USE

What is inulin? What is inulin good for?

Inulin is a prebiotic fibre, typically extracted from artichoke or chicory. Inulin is made of long indigestible chains of glucose. This means that it ends up in the large intestine to be eaten by bacteria so they can multiply. Inulin is also a source of fibre that contributes to improved bowel regularity

What is FOS? What is FOS good for?

FOS, or fructooligosaccharides are short indigestible chains of glucose, which means it ends up in the large intestine to be eaten by bacteria so they can multiply.

How do I use Inulin Plus?

Inulin Plus is easy to add to water, smoothies, yoghurt, cereal, salad dressings or in baking.

Does Inulin Plus cause bloating?

As bacteria consume fibre, they produce gas which can contribute to bloating in the intestines. However, as bacteria get established, gas production stabilises. If you experience bloating after Inulin Plus, remember it’s only transient and halve your dose for some time and slowly increase it when you’re ready.

Is Inulin Plus gluten free?

YES!

Is Inulin Plus gluten free?
