Loading...I paid for express delivery and to this date 10 days later I still have not received product. I contacted your operations who tell me that the parcel was shipped ORDINARY post.???????? This is the second time this has happened. Why offer the online section to pay for Express, when you do not honour it. There was only one time since Ive been ordering this item,which isn't that long, that I asked for Express and actually got in overnight! I am not happy having to wait 10 days, and Easter just a day away.
