SUGGESTED USE
Infuse 1-2 tea bags in very hot water (not boiling) for 2-10 min. Use up to three times daily. Best consumed without milk. Add honey to sweeten if desired. Alternatively, enjoy it as a delicious iced tea.

Beautiful Tea
I was advised to drink a couple of cups of Chamomile Tea daily in an effort to reduce my caffeine intake and by extension my peri-menopausal symptoms, however I can't stand the flavour of it. This is the first Chamomile Tea I have ever found that I do actually enjoy. 2 cups a day, no problem at all. Has a mild almost peachy flavour. Re-order this product regularly.
Balanced flavours calming tea
This tea is delicate and dainty. A hint of chamomile with a soft peach taste and smell. Lovely just before bed and helps you sleep. I leave the teabag in with just not to hot water.
