As the name says, Monk Fruit (also known as Luo Han Guo), is a fruit used by monks that lived in the misty mountains of China. They used this fruit for its intense sweetness and as a traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. This stuff tastes better than sugar

First up, the product itself is superb. Others (stevia in particular) leave a foul aftertaste whereas this has none that I can detect. If anything, it seems to really bring out the flavour of brewed coffee.

Secondly, I had a query about the product that was answered promptly and actioned. Kudos.

My only suggestion would be to include a tiny plastic measuring spoon in the packet; a teaspoon of this stuff seems to be equal to a cup of sugar, so you obviously only need the smallest amount in your brew.
