You Will Need

4 Medium Bananas, overripe & mashed

¾ cup (187.5 mL) Plant Milk of Choice

2 Tsp. (10 mL) Coconut Oil

Directions

Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C then grease and line a deep loaf tin.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl together, mixing well.
Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Allow to cool on a wire rack then slice into 12 slices.
