You Will Need
3 Tbsp. (60 mL) Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp. (60 mL) Rice Malt Syrup
3 Tbsp. (60 mL) Cashew Butter
Directions
- Combine the Cookies & Cream bag contents and wet ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Roll into 18 even sized balls, using wet hands if required.
- Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy (in moderation).

I’m a big cookies and cream lover and these don’t disappoint! So so so yum! The mixture is maybe a bit too wet but I just made sure I put them into the fridge as soon as I rolled them but very tasty!

So delicious! The flavour is amazing, so easy to make and hard to stop at just one 🤭
Only negative, its slightly crumbly once set, but that could be from the cashew spread - its yummy regardless!
Will buy this again for sure!
