Add 10 g (approx. 2 heaped teaspoons) to 200 mL water once daily, after eating. Can also be added to milk, smoothies or other recipes.

Add 10 g (approx. 1 tablespoon) to 200 mL water, juice, smoothies, yoghurt or any other foods. Consume up to twice daily.
