Pine Needle Tea (Pinus koraiensis) (12%*), Star Anise Tea (12%*), Honeysuckle Tea (11%*), Forsynthia Tea, Organic Ginger Root Tea, Organic Fennel Seed Tea, Schisandra Tea, Organic Green Tea, Organic Licorice Tea, Natural Cinnamon Flavour, Ginger Extract, Black Pepper Extract. *Average Quantities

Infuse 1-2 teaspoons (2-4 g) in very hot water (not boiling) for 5-10 minutes then strain. Use up to three times daily. Best consumed without milk. Add honey to sweeten if desired.

Honeysuckle
Honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica), also known as 'Jin Yin Hua' is a very popular herb used throughout Asia, in Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), food and as a tea. AMAZING!

This is AMAZING! It truly does taste like Christmas! It’s the most delicious blend. Highly recommend the original pine needle tea too! I hope you never get rid of this product! I have been a moralife member for years and this is hands down the best! I was so excited to receive some extra free goodies with my order also! What a lovely surprise. I really appreciate that. This is the reason why I keep coming back.
