Cute ways to pimp out muesli for Mother's Day

granola basket recipe

Granola Baskets (makes 3-4)
1 ½ cup Morlife Cereal of choice
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup honey
1 cup berry yoghurt
Fruit & favourite toppings to garnish

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Mix Morlife cereal of choice with coconut oil & honey until well combined.
  3. Place 2 spoonful’s of the mixture into greased tart tins. Use the spoon to compress the mixture.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, press the tarts into the tin using a back of a spoon once more then allow to cool before removing from the tart tins.
  5. Decorate by filling the tarts with yoghurt then garnish with mum’s favourite fruit & topping ingredients.

muesli parfait recipe

Muesli Parfaits
½ cup vanilla yoghurt
½ cup Morlife Cereal of choice
Fruit & favourite toppings to garnish

  1. In a medium sized mason jar, spoon half the yoghurt into the glass.
  2. Place the Morlife cereal (reserve 2 tbsp) on top along with fruit pieces.
  3. Top with remaining yoghurt, 2 tbsp of Morlife Cereal & fruit & toppings to garnish.

acai bowl recipe

Acai Bowl
1 tsp Morlife Certified Organic Acai Powder
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup almond milk
¼ cup Morlife Cereal of choice
Fruit & favourite toppings to garnish

  1. Blend Morlife Acai Powder, banana, blueberries & almond milk in a blender until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with Morlife cereal & favourite toppings.

porridge pancake recipe

Goji Antiox Multigrain Porridge Pancakes

½ cup almond milk
1 egg
½ banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup Morlife Goji Antiox Multigrain Porridge
1 tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup vanilla yoghurt
Fruit & favourite toppings to garnish

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender & process until smooth.
  2. Heat a large skillet with coconut oil, then place ¼ of the batter on the skillet. 
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on top of the pancakes. Flip over & cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Cook remaining batter.
  5. Serve with with natural yoghurt & your favourite fruits & toppings
