Falafel Crusted Salmon
The salmon recipe of your dreams! This unique recipe requires only four ingredients since our handy Hemp Falafel Mix brings all the herbs and flavour you'll need to season. This mouth-watering crusted salmon recipe is gluten free, keto friendly, full of heart healthy omega-3 fats and will take center stage at your table!
So a while ago we came across a recipe for falafel crumbed prawns and we thought it was interesting, but thought nothing more of it until thinking about how we could create a fresh take on salmon for our Christmas recipes collection. Salmon is such a rich yet versatile protein, and we knew then and there that this was the time we would be finally able to try this out. The result? We are so glad we did. NEVER LOOKING BACK!
Thanks to the herbs in the Morlife Hemp Falafel Mix such as the garlic, cumin, coriander and parsley coating the outside, the salmon takes on these amazing flavours easily and gives it added texture. The mix also meant we didn't have to fuss about trying to gather together all the individual ingredients we'd need to make falafel (who wants added stress around Christmas time?).
We paired the salmon with this quick Summer Salad, but honestly it could be paired with just about any salad you like. A couple recipes we think would work perfectly would be this Cumin Roasted Sweet Potato & Lentil Salad or this Devilled Potato Salad. Ready to make this deliciousness?
