What is Alkalising Greens®?

Alkalising Greens® was researched to be the nutritional solution which helps support the body to maintain its acid/alkaline balance. The body will always work to maintain its required pH ranges; however, to do this, it will sacrifice key nutrients to act as buffers. Ideally, the diet would provide this in sufficient quantities; however, the majority of people do not eat a diet appropriate for this. Further, the diet a lot of people are eating, further contributes to the acid load on the body, causing it to need to work even harder to stay balanced. On top of a wide range of fruits and vegetables, we have incorporated herbal extracts, key minerals including calcium, magnesium and zinc, prebiotic fibres, probiotics and glutamine, to ensure our product is not only beneficial for the acid/alkaline balance, but supports energy, immune function, and protects from free radicals^.

Alkalising Greens® contains 18+ super greens, fruits and vegetables, plus herbal extracts, key minerals including calcium, magnesium and zinc, prebiotic fibres, probiotics and glutamine. Zinc is not only necessary for immune function, but contributes to the regulation of acid-base metabolism and protection from free radicals^.

The alkalising potential of Alkalising Greens® has been calculated using a Potential Renal Acid Load (PRAL) scale, a measurement that estimates a foods’ potential to create an acid or alkaline ash residue after it has been digested. Using the PRAL scale, our amazing blends have been shown to be highly alkaline forming, with a PRAL of at least -63.3.
