To make this snack gluten-free you can replace the oats with 1 cup of Morlife Certified Organic Quinoa Flakes and 1 cup of almond meal.
5 Ingredient Goji Lemon Bliss Balls
PREP TIME: 10 mins
SERVES: 20 bliss balls
2/3 cup Morlife Goji Berries
1 Small lemon, juice and rind
2 cups Oats
1 cup Unsalted Cashews
1/3 cup Honey (substitute with Maple syrup to make vegan)
STEP BY STEP
- Using a food processor, blend oats, cashews, lemon juice and rind, and syrup until smooth. Add goji berries and pulse a few times to combine.
- Wet hands and roll into balls. Store in fridge and set overnight. Easy!
