Simply pop everything into the blender, roll and violá!.. you will have a bunch of bite-sized snacks that you definitely wont get sick of!

To make this snack gluten-free you can replace the oats with 1 cup of Morlife Certified Organic Quinoa Flakes and 1 cup of almond meal.

SERVES: 20 bliss balls

INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup Morlife Goji Berries

1 Small lemon, juice and rind

2 cups Oats

1 cup Unsalted Cashews

1/3 cup Honey (substitute with Maple syrup to make vegan)

 

STEP BY STEP

  1. Using a food processor, blend oats, cashews, lemon juice and rind, and syrup until smooth. Add goji berries and pulse a few times to combine.
  2. Wet hands and roll into balls. Store in fridge and set overnight. Easy!
