Alkalising greens lemon lime sandwich

Before you start, you’ll need to combine the Alkalising Greens® Lemon Lime with the avocado and a dash of salt, mashing well to ensure it is well combined. You can even add a squeeze of lemon for extra flavour, especially if you’re preparing this in the morning for lunch, it will keep the avocado from browning. Spread the avocado onto your bead then start layering the remaining ingredients. To finish it off, drizzle with either olive oil and extra salt and pepper.

ALKALISING GREENS® LEMON LIME SANDWICH

MAKES: 1 serve

 

INGREDIENTS

 

2 slices of Multigrain, seeded bread (GF optional)

1 tsp. Morlife Alkalising Greens ® Lemon Lime

½ Avocado

½ Red onion, sliced

½ cup Mixed Lettuce

1/3 cup Alfalfa Sprouts

2 Radishes, sliced

¼ Cucumber, sliced

Avocado (or olive) oil


STEP BY STEP

  1. Mash the avocado and mix well with Alkalising Greens® Lemon Lime powder and a pinch of salt.
  2. Layer ingredients in sandwich, drizzle with good quality avocado or olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
